It's important that we all learn how we can help. Take the first step: Complete the mandatory training for University of Michigan employees by December 31, 2019. This includes temporary staff, student employees, bargained-for staff and graduate student employees at all three U-M campuses and Michigan Medicine. This 15-minute, online training module titled "Cultivating a Culture of Respect: Sexual Harassment and Misconduct Awareness." outlines how to maintain a respectful, inclusive and equitable working and learning environment. It also provides information on what to do if you or someone around you is the target of misconduct or harassment and resources for support.
